Service Guarantee
　　We pay more attention to the after-sale service and check the bidding goods according to the relevant product standard. We declare that:
(1) If our bid is accepted, we shall select the good material, advanced technique to manufacture the product, which is strictly tested and inspected according to the national standard.
(2) During producing, your represent is welcome to supervise and examine, you have the right to enter our workshop, laboratory and check all the technical records.
(3) If found any quality problem of product in the quality guarantee period, we shall expeditiously repair, replace or return. We assure that your equipment can run smoothly in its life period if right installation, reasonable operation and maintenance. If any quality problems of equipment occur-
ring in the quality guarantee period, we make a reply in 12 hours upon receipt your written notific-
ation, send the relevant workers to your site in 24 hours. If the damages and defects of equipme-
nt is caused by manufacturing or material defects, we will rectify or replace it at no cost to you. Beyond the quality guarantee period, if you needed, we can also reply in 12 hours after receiving your written notification, send the relevant workers to your site in 24 hours.
(4) The quality guarantee period of product is one year.
