Hebei Huatong Wires& Cables Group Ltd. (Primitive name Hebei Huatong Wires & Cables Manufacture Co.,Ltd. the former Tangshan Huatong Wires & Cables Manufacture Co., Ltd.), founded in 1993. It has moved to No.1, Huatong avenue, FengNan High and New-Techindustrial development Zone Tangshan,Hebei province, China from No.196 Nanxin West Road Tangshan at the end of 2008. Through the long-term and constant efforts of the whole staff, it has made many progresses. Now it has become the modern, private-owned enterprise that is taking the science and technology as the guide, basing on the scientific management, it is one of the comprehensive, large-scale enterprises in national wire and cable industry.

 

Now we have more than 800 employees, of whom more than 48management personnel, over 32 technicians with the middle or senior professional titles. It has six sub-factories, covers 156735 m2, the building area is 168000 m2, and the fixed asset in RMB 166million. There are more than 200 sets of manufacturing equipment, 100 sets of testing equipment and apparatus, which include the key imported equipment ,such as the Nokia cross-linked cable process machine CDCC line 65+90+150, the partial discharging equipment manufactured by Hipotronics, USA. Two sets of Royle rubber continuous vulcanizing process 65+115/90. The Royle Ф90plastic extruding process.Two sets of continuous vulcanizeing CV rubber extruders from Nokia 65+90+150, Sintering machine form GRILLER Austria. Interlocking machine from CEECO. the continuous annealing13-model drawingmachine, Ф3150-disk cabling machine. 54drus stranding machines. Radiation Curing machine etc., Now we have total rubber curing machines 12 sets, the annual production capacity in RMB 3 billion. Now we are one of the several company who can produce the HIGH voltage , Long length , Big cross-section cables.

• Eight sets of on-line cable diameter measuring machines and four sets on-line concentrick thickness measuring machines from from SIKORA.
• Flame retardant test for single vertical insulated wire or cable ( IEC 60332-1) Flame retardant test for bunched wires or cables (IEC 60332-3)
• Oxygen Index test ( ASTM D 2863)
• Fire resistant test ( IEC60331)
• Smoke Density Test ( IEC61034-2 )
• Determination of the Amount of Halogen Acid gas ( IEC60754-1)Degree of Acidity Gases Evolved ( PH & Conductivity) (IEC60754-2)
• Burning test under loading
